On Monday February 22, members of the Croton Falls Fire Departmen took part in an ice rescue drill. We were able to take advantage of the solid ice to complete several evolutions using multiple techniques to remove a patient from the water. North Salem ambulance Corp took part in the drill by checking vitals after the members removed from the ice as well as observing the process.
