At 1703 hours on Sunday evening, Croton Falls Fire with North Salem VAC and WEMS Medic 3 were dispatched to the area of June Road and Titicus Road for a reported head on motor vehicle accident.

Upon arrival of Car 2071, the accident was determined to be at the intersection of June Road and Grant Road. Car 2071 requested an expedite of NYSEG due to a snapped pole with live wires smoking. Car 2073, Engine 149 and Utility 28 arrived on scene and assisted 72B2 and Medic 3 with initial patient assessment from one of the vehicles involved. An additional ambulance was requested to the scene and an additional bus was put on standby to cover the district. Rescue 28 shut down traffic and Mini Attack 17 provided additional speedy dry to the scene.

After 7211, 72B2 and 72B1 transported both patients, fire units remained on scene until NYSEG arrived to de-energize the power in the area.
