Croton Falls Fire responded to 49 alarms during the month of February, including 3 structure fires, 7 mutual aid requests, 2 motor vehicle accidents, 2 inside investigations, and 1 water rescue. Members trained on water rescue, equipment familiarization, operating procedures, and PSS re-qualifications.

We are proud to announce our in-house probationary training class has commenced, which is held every Monday night. Our current probationary class holds nine new firefighters, and as new members join the fire department, spots will open up in our class. Each new member will attend our in-house training prior to taking a NYS Training Class (Firefighter 1 or BEFO). Please consider joining the CFFD as we are always in need of new members.
